Beaches

Beaches surround you, literally, on Nantucket. Most can be easily reached by bicycle or the shuttle bus in summer. Bring a picnic or avail yourself of the facilities at some of the beaches.

Biking

One of the best ways to get around Nantucket is by bike. All of the beaches are a short peddle from town. Bike paths go to most parts of the Island and are all very well maintained.

Boating

Natucket offers charter fishing boats, whale watching, boat rentals, and sail and motor boat cruises of the harbor and Nantucket Sound.
