Terms & Conditions

Open Year 'Round: Spring/Fall: Mid-April to mid-June and early September to early December 31; Summer: Mid-June through August, holidays and some holiday weekends; Winter: January 1 through mid-April

Legend: Excluding holidays and some weekends; Minimum stay requirement on some weekends and holidays

Deposits: Reservations of 3 nights or less require a deposit for the total amount. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a 3 night deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 90% refund.

If you cancel your reservation within 14 days (30 days for group reservations for four or more rooms and for the Wachovia Conference and the Christmas Stroll) of your arrival date, you will receive a 90% refund if we are able to re-rent your room.

All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% service charge.

General Policies: Rates are based on single or double occupancy per night. Children under 12 years: no charge with existing bedding. Pack & Play cribs available. All rates subject to change without notice. The rate does not include state and local taxes or gratuities. Rates valid through December 31, 2007. All rooms have telephones, air conditioning, cable television and hair dryers. Most rooms have mini-refrigerators and irons. Some king rooms offer jacuzzi-jet bathtubs or working fireplaces. Limited off-street parking available. Pets are not allowed on any of the premises. All buildings are non-smoking properties.
